  • Benefits to becoming a dealer of TheLightStrip®

    1. The bottom line. Gain $200-$400 on each job you sell. Offer TLS as a selling point, or after the deal has been closed as a follow-up option.
    2. Ease of installation. Quick and easy install, with basic wiring hookup. Put TLS in as you go...very little time added to your project build.
    3. Early exclusivity. TLS is a new and innovative, but proven, product In a very crowded marketplace. A competetive edge can make a huge difference in the industry. "I have it and they don't" is a compelling sales pitch.
    4. Product support. On-line tools such as downloadable layout sheets and step-by-step installation instructions, dealer packets and current distributor availability (buy directly from your IRP or flat pan manufacturer) make it very easy to add TLS to your projects.
    5. Customers want recessed lighting! Our test dealers are selling 63% of their jobs with TLS with no price resistance. Sold as an accessory option, holding the price on a product received from a company outside your pricing structure is acceptable to the consumer. Price your patio cover/enclosure to what your area market will bear, then add profit back in with TLS!

  • This customer specifically wanted lighting inside the entry door to her sunroom. TheLightStrip® for Insulated Panels was the perfect choice to light that area, in addition to providing light over her desk on the opposite side of the room.

    		 

  • Full light coverage underneath a flat pan patio cover! Eliminate a lot of the shadow that comes from a single light source by having TheLightStrip® installed throughout the entire patio cover, or pick and choose a specific spot. TheLightStrip® can be used in place of ANY flat pan as a part of a patio cover installation. The customer can request light in an exact spot, and you can supply it!

  • Standard order TheLightStrip® for Insulated Panel light placement puts the first light 30" from the house wall. This has proven to be an excellent position for walking into a sunroom directly from the house, or when furniture is placed against the house wall it is excellent placement for reading. Special order of light placement and spacing is available.


    The first light out from the wall should be approximately half of the distance of the regular light spacing.This should give even coverage from one end of the area to the other.

  • TheLightStrip® is available in one foot incremental lengths from 8' - 20', so virtually any size job can include this product, in almost any portion of the project.

  • Standard electrical installation practices apply, pull from a porch light, an external outlet (shown here) with a switch or pull a circuit from the household power supply as necessary.

  • Par 20 50 watt incandescent lights are the standard for use in TheLightStrip®.
    For maximum light, equivalent wattage fluorescent bulbs can be used.

  • An upper view of an installation with fan beams shows how clean and unobtrusive the flat pan version of TheLightStrip looks.

  • Interconnect all TheLightStrip® hookups with standard electrical connections.

  • A roof mounted Insulated Panel Patio Cover requires special care to install, but TheLightStrip® for Insulated Panels does not add any difficulty to the project. Supplied engineering supports any installation. Click Here to see the Engineering.

  • TheLightStrip® gives your salesmen/installers flexibility. Any standard insert for a 4" can light will fit our products. If they want gimbal inserts for eyeball lighting next to a wall or highly reflective baffle trim, all our parts are standard and can be replaced for a specialty look.

  • Have enough head room for a fan? No need for a separate installation. TheLightStrip® for Insulated Panels can be ordered with the fan box and wiring preinstalled. This option is also listed in the engineering, so there will be no issues when obtaining a permit.

  • A sealed unit right out of the box, TheLightStrip® is extremely weather resistant.
